Does the sticky end of the gel pad go directly on the back of the horse?Updated 2 years ago

You can use the gel pad either over or under your saddle blanket/regular saddle pad, lots of equestrians usually do. Although, we would still recommend using it over a regular saddle pad during the first few days of use to avoid horses' hair from sticking/accumulating to the pad.
