Do you accept returns?Updated 2 years ago

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way. 
- The item must be in 
the original packaging.
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days of the request.


To ask for a return, you may contact our support team at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the following information:

- Full Name
- Order ID
- Purchase Date
- Item Name
- Quantity
- Photos of the item
- Request (Replacement / Exchange of another item/size / Refund)


As of right now, we don't have an option to provide a prepaid label, if you wish to return an item, you'll have to shoulder the return shipping fee.
